Invacare only collects personal data when the relevant individuals voluntarily provide us with this information or where such information has been provided by a DHB assessor or is required or permitted to be collected by law or professional standards. Personal data includes: a person's full name, NHI number, address, contact phone number, email address and the equipment that is being supplied to that client. Please use your discretion when providing personal data to Invacare, and under all circumstances, do not provide personal data to Invacare, unless you thereby explicitly consent, or have received permission from your client to consent, to Invacare's use of that information for its legitimate business purposes.
